Our Canskate program is a learn-to-skate and skill development program. Our evening program is for preschool and school-age children, and our morning session is for preschool-aged children.
Starskate is for recreational + competitive figure skaters. Our starskate program has 3 categories: Juniors (group lessons), Intermediate (a mix of group and private lessons), and Senior (private lessons).
Synchro is a team discipline where skaters perform choreographed routines in unison. Skaters must have passed their Star 1 skills to compete.
Our Adultskate program welcomes adults of all skill levels—whether you’re learning to skate, building basic skills, looking for fitness and fun, or returning to figure skating with the option to participate in testing.
Pre-Canskate and Canskate can register for the fall session or the winter session or both the fall and winter session. Each session is 8 weeks.
All skaters are encouraged to participate in carnival, which will be on (TBA). For Canskaters, Carnival practice is an additional 3 weeks of lessons for a minimal fee.
Adult skaters can register for the fall session or the winter session or both the fall and winter session. Each session is 10 weeks.
All fees include a Skate Canada Membership fee. This includes insurance. You only pay this fee once per season regardless of how many programs/sessions you participate in, and it is valid until August 31 of 2026.
Synchro is an optional program for STARSkaters. If you are not sure if your skater is at the right level, please check with coach Kim.
